Terms of Service

1. Overview

ReplayLab provides Rocket League replay analysis tools, a public website, community features, and access to a beta application. By using ReplayLab, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you use with ReplayLab. Some features require you to sign in with your Epic account so we can associate access with the correct user.

3. Pioneer subscription

ReplayLab currently offers a Pioneer subscription billed at $1.99 USD per month unless pricing is updated on the pricing page before purchase. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period already paid for. After that period ends, paid access stops unless you subscribe again or receive separate access from ReplayLab.

4. Beta access

ReplayLab is still in beta. Features may change, improve, be removed, or be unavailable without notice. We may limit access, modify eligibility, or suspend beta access to protect the service or other users.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with the platform, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload or share content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use ReplayLab to violate applicable laws or third-party platform rules.

6. Payments and billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you selected.

Taxes may be added where required. Billing issues, payment failures, or chargebacks may interrupt paid access.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the ReplayLab refund policy. Please review the Refund and Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

8. Service changes

We may update the service, pricing, features, or these terms from time to time. Continued use of ReplayLab after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

9. Disclaimer

ReplayLab is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every expectation or use case.
