• Linked account details made available through Epic, such as Steam identifiers.

• Billing information necessary to manage subscriptions through Stripe.

• authenticate your account and provide access to ReplayLab features;
• manage subscriptions and customer support;
• improve product quality, reliability, and future features;
• protect the service against abuse, fraud, and misuse.

3. Payments

ReplayLab uses Stripe to process subscription payments. ReplayLab does not store your full payment card details. Stripe handles payment collection, tax calculation, and customer billing information according to its own policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate ReplayLab, including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tooling, and support channels when needed to provide the service.

5. Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate ReplayLab, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect account and billing-related information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices
