Refund and Cancellation Policy
ReplayLab uses a simple monthly subscription model during beta. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for Pioneer subscribers.

1. Cancellation
You can cancel your Pioneer subscription at any time from the ReplayLab billing portal once it is available. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
2. Refunds
ReplayLab does not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods by default. If you cancel after a renewal, your paid access continues through the end of that billing period and then stops.
3. Exceptional cases
If you believe you were charged in error, contact replaylabteam@gmail.com with the email used for billing and a short explanation of the issue. ReplayLab may review exceptional refund requests on a discretionary basis.
4. Payment disputes
Please contact ReplayLab before opening a payment dispute if possible. Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in the suspension of paid access while the issue is reviewed.
